Minimum Requirements/Experience: BA or BS Degree with four (4) to eight (8) years professional experience. Must have or be able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance

Desired Skills:
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Equivalent.
- Should be familiar with and have experience using most project performance monitoring methods.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate should be able to provide technical leadership to any phases of the system development life cycle as dictated in the Task Order Statement of Work’s requirements. PPMS are responsible for analyzing management, business, and technical issues and providing guidance on management processes and procedures. This includes analyzing requirements, drafting project documentation, evaluating earned value management (EVM) performance, coordinating with customers, managing budgets through the OMB 300 process, establishing and maintaining applicable policies, and projecting out-year requirements.
