Minimum Requirements/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field with 5+ years of work experience.

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of developing and sustaining project schedules, Resource Load Networks (RLN) Budgets, Estimates at Completion (EAC’s), performing earned value methodologies and related analyses.

Responsibilities: The desired candidate will be responsible for direct support on projects of varying size, complexity, and risk through implementation of best practices. Emphasis will be placed upon providing relevant, accurate, and timely information to project teams with thoughtful analysis and guidance that promotes effective program management. The position involves significant interaction with project managers, contracts personnel, senior technical personnel, and other valuable organizations. The candidate should have experience implementing financial policies and procedures in support of projects, establishing and maintaining cost/schedule baselines, and developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS’s) and related dictionaries.

Additionally, the candidate’s responsibilities may include providing written or verbal reports to management regarding cost schedule variances. A successful candidate should possess a thorough understanding of related financial policies and understand schedule critical path and related analyses. May provide direction and guidance to lower level personnel.
