Minimum Requirements/Experience: BA or BS degree with 5-10 years professional experience in IT field. Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. top secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:
- Specific experience with business process improvements and reengineering within the IT field

Responsibilities: The successful candidate should be able to supply process improvements, reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. The duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices and creating and assessing performance measurements. Candidates are responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives. They will provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. This role will serve as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
