Minimum Requirements/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint. Candidate should have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, contractors and customers and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a recommended.
Responsibilities: The desired candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, analyzing and monitoring financial budgets and forecasts, collecting and analyzing contract performance data, performing moderately complex financial reports for major contracts and/or programs and conducting moderately complex financial analysis such as variance, risk, and profit/loss analysis. The desired candidate should also have experience in developing excel spreadsheets to track financial data and assisting in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for Directors and Program Managers.
